I love capturing Ben in those average, every day moments.  I never want to forget the funny little things that he does.... like thinking that the remote control is a phone and that the phone goes on his shoulder.  Hello?

Ben is 1!  Apparently he's a toddler now.  So sad that my baby is growing up so fast!

back from hiatus

 

Well after a 8 month hiatus, I'm back at it.  I'm way behind on editing, but hopefully I'll find time soon to get caught up and some posts in the queue.

I've been working on my editing techniques and have found some new tricks that do wonders with pictures of Ben.  This one is a bit dated (he's 9 months here and 11 months now), but I love the colors and his eyes!

Introducing Benjamin Joseph

Well, I'm finally back after a 3 month hiatus!  Benjamin Joseph was born on January 12th weighing 7 pounds, 7 ounces and was 21" long.  We're incredibly blessed to have a very happy and healthy little boy!  

I have no experience photographing newborns - and man, they are challenging, but I'm having fun experimenting!  He'll likely be the focus of posts given it's too cold and gross for us to venture out too much.  I wish I could have had a spring or summer baby - so much more to do, but you take what you can get and I'm very lucky to have this little man!
