Baby Sea Turtles

On our walk to dinner one evening, we came upon these baby sea turtles being released into the ocean.  We couldn't get too close -- as the waves came in, these little guys got pretty tossed around and could easily be stepped on, but got some decent shots from a distance.

This blog might start to look a little more like a tropical blog over the coming days as I have a lot of Puerto Vallarta pictures to share.  Plus I can't get motivated to go out and shoot in MN.  I know it's warm and the sun is shining, but things still look so dirty!

I found my 70-300mm lens to be incredibly fun in Mexico.  I could capture some unique moments without interfering.  Here a family fishes on the shores at Bucerias, a quaint town just north of Puerto Vallarta.
